The Icarian Sea: Experimental Photography and Video Work by Brit Barton

Red Space Gallery is pleased to present an opening reception for Brit Barton and her exhibition entitled The Icarian Sea. The reception will take place from 7-9pm on June 11th, 2011. An artist’s talk on the exhibition will take place on June 26th from 5:30-7:30pm with a short reception following the talk.

About the work:

Using the landscape of The Icarian Sea and the figurative notion of demise – this project explores the myth of the fall of Icarus through experimental photography, installation and video.
